Returns & Damages

Nourish & Shine accepts returns and exchanges of unused product purchases from nourishandshine.com within 14 days from the date of purchase and must meet the below criteria:  

• We must receive an email, within 72 hours of delivery for all Shipping Issues, Damages, Replacements and/or Returns.
• Please keep all packaging. Pictures are required. Please submit photos of the inside of the box including the packing materials and the outside of the box showing any labeling.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form of currency used for the purchase. For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, a credit will be issued to that same credit card. In the event that the purchase was made by PayPal, PayPal will issue a refund directly.
• Refunds will be for the purchase price, excluding shipping.  Shipping charges are only reimbursed for damaged and/or defective products
